Fifth Grade Potlach

Last Friday, the fifth grade students did a potlatch in-order to learn what the Indians did in the past.  A potlatch is a large feast that lasted for several days. Also, a potlach is usually used for important events like marriage or a new baby.  Last, a potlatch connects the Tlingit Indians to their past.  In conclusion, we had a blast eating and learning new things.
