I have been an employee of the Bessemer City School System for several years.  During those years, I have instructed different grade levels (second and sixth) and mentored several teachers.   I have been the teacher of the year twice and the local school technology coordinator for several years.   I have an extensive background in technology, which started as a child working with my father repairing televisions. 

I have several hobbies; however, my favorite hobbies include technology, chess, and logic puzzles.
